CHANDELIER POLISHING in Dallas, TX
Chandeliers are elegant and beautiful. They are also fragile, intricate, expensive, and sometimes difficult to clean. To maintain a chandelier’s brilliance, a maximum amount of light must be refracted. Dirt or other films on the crystal or glass surfaces result in an unattractive dullness, ruining a chandelier’s brilliance. Some benefits of routine maintenance are checking for loose connections, replacing bulbs, and removing tarnish.
Chandelier Polishing
paneless cleaning PROCESS
Paneless is equipped with all ladder sizes and even indoor scaffolding to handle high and intricate chandeliers for homes and businesses. We begin by laying down large padded blankets underneath the chandelier to catch loose pendants that may fall. Then we remove all dust from the framework of the chandelier and polish each piece one-by-one with an anti-static cleaner. The cleaner contains no ammonia to preserve metal finishes and no alcohol that will dry out glass and crystals making them susceptible to dust and lint. Our formula not only polishes pendants, but also places a protective Teflon coating on the surface to repel dust and make the surface more resistant to scratches. Equipment on hand includes:

While cleaning each pendant, we are also checking the small metal attachments that connect each piece that can begin to sag from the weight. Most often these connections simply need to be tightened, but we sometimes have replacement parts available if needed. Paneless will make sure all the connections are sound as we clean the chandelier and we will also polish the light bulbs. A friendly technician would be happy to replace burnt out bulbs when replacements are provided. The general recommendation is to have chandeliers cleaned yearly, although with our process we have seen this time extended. Paneless specializes in:
